We wanted to build a place where that feeling could happen for someone else. A warm room, good light, a cup made with more care than it probably needs. The kind of place where strangers sit a little longer than they planned to.その感覚を、誰かに届けられる場所を作りたかった。温かい部屋、いい光、必要以上に丁寧に淹れた一杯。知らない人が、つい予定より長く座ってしまうような場所。

That's all this is, really. Just coffee, made by people who care tooo much.本当に、ただそれだけ。こだわりすぎる人たちが淹れる、ただのコーヒー。

A farmer in Uji handed us a bowl of matcha and said nothing. He just watched us drink it. That silence — and that taste — is the reason tooo matcha exists.宇治の農家さんが、何も言わずに一碗の抹茶を手渡してくれた。ただ、私たちが飲むのを見ていた。あの沈黙と、あの味が、tooo matchaが生まれた理由。

No bitterness. No shortcuts. Just something so honest and so green it made us want to share it with everyone we know.苦味もない。近道もない。ただ、あまりにも正直で、あまりにも緑で、知っている人全員に分けたくなった。

We're still finding the right home for it in Tokyo. But the matcha is ready. And honestly, it's tooo good to keep waiting.東京でちょうどいい場所を、まだ探している。でも抹茶はもう準備できている。正直、待つにはもったいないくらい。
